3.1 Credential Confidentiality. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jl15 username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) associated with your account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
3.2 Unauthorized Access. 3.3 Account Activity. All transactions and bets placed through your jl15 account are deemed to have been conducted by you and are binding. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account while your credentials are active.

4.5 Own Funds Only. You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits and withdrawals to accounts not registered under your verified jl15 identity are prohibited. Violation of this rule may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds pending investigation.
5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free credits, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional rewards offered by jl15 are subject to specific terms and conditions published on the relevant promotion page at the time of the offer. These Terms apply in addition to those specific promotional terms.

5.3 Bonus Abuse. jl15 reserves the right to void bonuses, reclaim bonus funds, and close accounts where bonus abuse, exploitation, or misuse is identified. This includes but is not limited to: using bonus funds primarily on low-variance games to meet wagering requirements, participating in matched betting using jl15 promotions, or coordinating with other accounts to exploit bonuses.
5.4 One Bonus Per Household. Unless otherwise stated, promotions are available once per player, per household, per IP address, per device, and per payment method. jl15 may restrict or revoke bonuses in cases where this limitation appears to have been circumvented.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jl15 platform. Violation of any prohibition below may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, and forfeiture of account balances:
7.1 Ownership. All content on the jl15 platform — including but not limited to its name, logo, game interfaces, software, graphics, text, and audio — is the intellectual property of jl15 or its licensed content providers. No part of the jl15 platform may be reproduced, distributed, or commercially exploited without express written permission.
7.2 Restricted Use. Your license to use the jl15 platform is personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and strictly limited to your own recreational gaming activity. Any other use is prohibited.

8.3 Limitation. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jl15's total liability to any user for any claim arising out of or related to the use of the platform shall not exceed the amount deposited by that user in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.

10.1 By jl15. jl15 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account at any time, with or without notice, if it determines — in its sole discretion — that the user has violated these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other users.
10.2 Balance on Termination. In the event of account closure for non-prohibited reasons, any verified PHP balance remaining in the account (net of pending bonus wagering obligations) will be refunded to the user's registered payment channel within a reasonable processing period. Funds may be withheld where account closure results from a breach of these Terms pending investigation.
10.3 By the User. You may close your jl15 account at any time by contacting 24/7 customer support via live chat or email. Self-exclusion closures are processed with immediate effect upon verification.
